Daniel is a Principal Building Regulation Consultant with 10 years’ experience in the industry largely across building control and building regulation consultancy. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, MCABE, AIFireE, and is a 3G and H Specialist Building Inspector.

Daniel has worked in the construction industry since 2016, initially joining building control as a trainee in 2017. During this time, he completed his degree part time while working for an approved inspector and developed experience across both local authority and private sector roles, including work on projects in central London.

More recently, Daniel has focused on consultancy following the introduction of the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated legislation. He has supported a range of Gateway 2 and building control applications, providing input across regulatory and procedural requirements on complex projects.

Daniel’s key strength lies in building regulations and associated legislation, an area he has specialised in throughout his career. He supports clients in developing compliant solutions and working through regulatory processes, drawing on his broad experience across both operational and consultancy roles.
