Dave is a Class 3 Registered Building Inspector and has worked in the private and public building control sectors for over 39 years, specialising in working on complex projects including MOD, Crown and Government buildings and mixed use.

Dave works collaboratively with design and construction teams and local fire authorities in a diplomatic and results driven manner to help ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the building regulations and on time. His proactive approach ensures all that work with him have the best possible experience and employ his expertise on further projects. Dave is highly respected in the industry and supports the industry strategically in auditing Registered Building Control Approvers, dealing with complaints, and providing an expert witness service.
