“I’m a Class 2F Registered Building Inspector with 24 years’ experience in building control, in both the private and public sector. I worked for 14 years for Lewes District Council local authority building control and nearly 10 years at an Approved Inspector / Registered Building Control Approver, Total Building Control Ltd.

I’ve undertaken site inspections, plan checking, training, supervision and management. In my last role, I managed a team of plan checkers and provided technical and regulatory oversight and support to the surveying team.

In my role as a Principle Building Inspector at Qualitas Compliance I review scheme proposals generally from RIBA Stage 2 and provide initial comments and mark-ups with regards compliance with Building Regulations.”
