The Building Safety Act 2022 and subsequent changes to secondary legislation have presented the construction industry with the biggest shake-up in 40 years. These changes apply to all buildings, irrespective of height and use. This CPD can be expanded into an interactive workshop, allowing participants to explore important questions about the new regulatory regime. The workshop focuses on key changes in the Building Regulations, introducing duty holders, their responsibilities, duties, and the importance of establishing competency within the project team.
